Busy is bliss


When you have panic or anxiety, it’s great to take advantage of days when you can push yourself to be busy.

For some, those days are few but when they happen, it’s a good thing.

You’re able to move through the dizziness, push past the pangs of worry and accomplish something.

Tomorrow may be better. Tomorrow may be worse but the important thing is that you made it through those moments, today.
